Aug 13, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The avid fans of the Bioshock game franchise are happy after the release of the official trailer of the game in the web. The earlier Bioshock 2 was nothing much to talk about and it left many fans of the game rather disheartened. The first game which was released in 2007 became a favorite with the FPS lovers. The trailer of Bioshock Inifnite gives a fair idea about the upcoming game and the graphics are quite alluring. It is going to be released by Irrational Games and 2K games. The game is set at the backdrop of water city Columbia in 1912. The players have to don the mantle of a detective named Booker DeWitt and rescue a damsel in distress named Elizabeth who has been kept captive for a long time.

After rescuing the girl from captivity the player’s character teams up with her to accomplish the missions and objectives in the game. The game’s narrative is strong and the storyline has a decided satirical and political flavor about it. Even then the game makers call it a FPS. The large cyborg type creatures act as the well-known Boss monsters that we often see in FPS games. The game will hit the stores in 2012 as it as been reported by Irrational Games. Irrational Games’s creative director recently talked to the media regarding the several aspects of the game.

The game will be made available for top consoles like the Xbox 360 and PS3. The weapon system used in the game is a mix of the conventional set and new ones. The scenes set in skyline look great.
