The name Big Fish Games needs no introduction to most of netizens; the count for those who have not played any games on the online game portal is very low. Now there’s more good news for all those lovers of the online games based website which should get them upbeat on this piece of news.
Big Fish Games has announced that Faunasphere (www.faunasphere.com), is in closed Beta; and that it would be going live very soon. The Faunasphere is a very nice game in which the players are required to adopt and take good care of cute and adorable creatures called the Fauna. The Faunasphere is a browser based MMO. The players will have to collaborate with each other in order to create and explore ‘virtual’ worlds, with the help of their virtual ‘friends’, the Faunas.
This MMO has been developed by the creator and lead designer of the “Asheron’s Call”. The best part about Faunasphere is that, the game engages the player in a non-violent, and thoroughly enjoyable game play because of its absolutely engrossing storyline and socially interactive features.
This is going to be a free online game too, like quite a few of the offerings from Big Fish Games Online. It will only feature micro transactions and premium memberships, merely to enhance the player’s experience.
Faunasphere has received a pretty good rating from the critics too. The players will also be able to see their Fauna friends lay eggs when they reach upper levels. The eggs could also be used as a barter with another player, to exchange the Faunas. For more information on Faunasphere, the Big Fish Games website could be checked.
