ipad-apps-appstoreApr 7, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The hottest gadget on the scene, Apple iPad, that got released a few days back has already met its first obstacle. The device that was touted by the company as the next generation web access device is giving the users trouble in accessing WiFi networks. The problem is varied for the users. While some users are saying that the WiFi feature is not working at all, some others are of the opinion that they cannot use WiFi hotspots after the device is brought out of sleep mode. Apple has taken note of the problem and issued a few fixes for solving the issue on its site and it is also likely that it will issue a firmware update for iPad.

Some iPad users are also complaining that they are experiencing significant drop in Wi-Fi signal in some areas. However, other routers and web access devices are working without any problem in such areas. It is true that Apple has offered some fixes for the WiFi problem being faced by a section of the iPad users. However, not all users will be benefited by it. The users who are not very tech savvy may face problem in using the fixes.

Apple devices that are touted to be superior to all other products often face glitches after their launch. This has been the case with iPod and iPhone too. The iPad has already drawn flak for some of its other limitations like not supporting flash and lacking multitasking. The WiFi problem can prove to be a big dampener in its success unless Apple issues a firmware based solution fast.
