55New York, July 5, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Tech-giant Apple came up with an official apology which said that it was wrong to report AT and T’s signals being weak which was said to be the cause of poor reception on the device.

The apology came soon after the company received over 100 complaints from several different users. It was said that the new gadget when held in the left hand of the user lost signal at once. It also triggered criticism from the technologists who identified it to be a manufacturing flaw of the device. They said that the antenna was wrapped around the exterior which made a huge gap where a human finger could be easily placed. Apple’s programmers ran a check upon the programming setup that was coined a year back. They were shocked to discover that the formula that was applied to derive the number of bars representing the signal was totally wrong. Following that Apple announced that it shall ship-over a software update for the device which shall take care of the issue.

On the other hand, there were some users who reported that not only their i Phone suffered from weaker signals but also witnessed dropped calls while in a conversation. The Apple technologist performed a radio frequency analysis and determined that the dropped calls were an issue which happens to lie within the shape of the i Phone. They said that the new i Phone is structurally incorrect which resulted in dropped calls. When asked about it, Apple publicists refrained from making any comment on the issue. They were also reluctant to reply to any email asking for a comment.
