Apr 16, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Internet users have experienced several software and web related technologies ever since the internet started penetrating the mass market. Of all the internet software technologies that have come up and survived the changes in technology, Adobe Flash deserves a place of importance. Created by Macromedia as an animation application, the Flash quickly became the de facto web animation and video management software. Later Macromedia was acquired by Adobe Inc and from time to time the company releases new version of Flash and updates too. The flash player is required to view a lot of web pages these days. People who use outdated browsers are often prompted by some sites to upgrade the version of Flash Player in their PCs. Recently, Adobe released major update of the Flash player for the users.
The new Adobe Flash Player Update 10.1 is a huge upgrade and tech experts are of the opinion that the company could have renamed it as version 11. The security update has been used to address two important security vulnerabilities. The latest update is named version 10.0.45.2 and it is cross platform compatible. Apart from the Update for the Flash player, Adobe also released its much awaited version of the Flash software named Flash Professional CS5.
The new version of the Flash player can be downloaded directly from the Adobe site by the users. Adobe updates its popular applications like Acrobat reader and Flash player from time to time. The updates usually contain enhanced features and security fixes. The company has urged the users to download the Flash Player update as soon as possible.
