Melbourne, November 29 (ANI): Coach Gianfranco Zola has threatened West Ham United men with an ultimatum, asking them to either improve their game or be forced to wear quirky Katy Perry lingerie on the pitch.

The retired Italian footballer was said to have come up with the threat to humiliate sportsmen into improving after being furious with their performance.

The reference came after the incident when singer Perry slipped on a custom-made West Ham-themed lingerie set at the MTV awards, reports the Daily Telegraph.

Zola gave out a few laughs at the probable sight of seeing star striker Carlton Cole in a corset.

He even joked: “That would be a good idea!” (ANI)
