undertaker_26995 St. Louis, Feb 24 (THAINDIAN NEWS) WWE’s pro wrestler named as ‘The Undertaker’ suffered minor burns on his chest, when he got involved in a mishap. However fortunately he escaped major injury, during the pyrotechnics mishap in St. Louis. The Undertaker’s real name is Mark Calaway.

The World Wrestling Entertainment spokesman Robert Zimmerman said that the wrestler - Undertaker, is fine. He suffered minor burns and was even back in the ring, and wrestled after suffering the minor burns. He participated in the WWE’s “Raw” show on Monday. During the show, The Undertaker has to enter the ring as fireballs start to explode. But apparently there was a loss of synchronization, and due to the timing mistake, the wrestler’s jacket caught fire. “It was a mistiming,” Zimmerman said. “He threw his jacket down. It kind of singed is the best way to describe it.”

He was quite agile, when he realized that there was a mishap so he threw down the jacket immediately. But by this time he had already suffered some minor burns. The ringside physician examined him, and even though his cheat was red, they deemed that he was fit enough to wrestle.

The pyrotechnics are operated by a company that contracts with WWE. St. Louis, and the officials are investigating the accident.
