Special Delivery Jones or Conrad Efraim died Sunday in Antigua at the age of 63 after suffering a stroke.
Conrad Efraim, former WWF Star, well known as ‘Special Delivery Jones’ one of the regular faces in the World Wrestling Federation heyday of the 1980s, was announced pass away by WWE on Sunday Oct. 26 in his homwtown Antigua, West Indies; he was 63. The cause of death was he had been suffering from a stroke two days before he died.
Regarding to his wife, on Wednesday he was laughed and sang, he fed the dogs, and when he came back, next thing she could see was his body went limp. His wife took him the doctor and he was found to have three-quarters of brain bleeding and covered with blood.
Jones was the top star among enhancement talent during the 70s and early 80s before the company went national and was billed as “Philadelphia’s favorite son.”
His most famous match on a national level was at the inaugural WrestleMania, when he lost to Atlantic City native Chris “King Kong Bundy” Pallies in nine seconds.
In November 2007, he retired and moved back to his native Antigua. His remains are at Straffie’s Funeral Home in St John’s, Antigua.
Conrad Efraim is survived by his wife, Kay, his son, two daughters, Donna and Abigail, and four grandchildren. He is predeceased by his only brother.
