Valencia can be key in reviving Man U’s treble bid

London, Mar 11 (ANI): Manchester United boss Alex Ferguson has said that he cannot wait to have Antonio Valencia back to lift the club’s Treble bid.
The Ecuadorian winger broke an ankle in September’s Champions League clash with Rangers.
He has not played since but is set to return to the squad for tomorrow’s FA Cup quarterfinal with Arsenal.
Valencia’s return is in the nick of time with Nani likely to be out for five weeks, The Sun reports.
“He was fantastic last season, absolutely brilliant. He was a great signing, he really was. The great thing about him was he takes the ball with such great strength and balance. He can take the ball up to the other end of the pitch for you. We missed that pace and acceleration.
“Although Nani has done fantastic - I mean he’s been a revelation this season - we’ve missed that,” Ferguson said.
Fergie has been quick to praise the contribution of Portuguese ace Nani, which has helped to compensate for Valencia’s absence. (ANI)
