Dec. 24, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The Utah versus California State University match at the Poinsettia Bowl Game is one of the most awaited in the series. While the Utah team is arguably one of the best in the football scene in America, on the other hand, the California State team is likely to play their very best, as having missed out on a major bowl game only last season, they might want to make it up this time. The fact that the match is a very eagerly awaited one can be judged from the fact that heavy betting is on, on the outcome of the match.

Needless to say, the odds are on the side of the California State. First of all, they are one of the most promising teams that are participating in this bowl game. Surprisingly, though, despite all the optimism and the very good match up, there are many who would rather choose to believe that the team is not likely to win. Needless to say, this view is mostly because of the fact that the California State is going to the game with one of the key players, Jahvid Best, missing.

Jahvid Best will not be taking part in the game as he is still recovering from the severe injuries that he had received in his back, neck and head. He has been replaced by Shane Vereen. Considering from the player’s impressive resume- he had carried 88 times, and his average per carry has been 5 yards so far- he is an able replacement and may as well lead the California State to win the game.
