Usain Bolt planning ‘wild week’ with Oz women
July 11th, 2010 - 4:25 pm ICT by ANIMelbourne, July 11(ANI): Olympic gold-medallist Usain Bolt is all set to have a ‘wild week’ during his first visit to Australia.
Sports drink manufacturer Gatorade would pay Bolt 1 million dollars to race in the Competitive Edge All Stars meet at Sydney Olympic Park on September 15.
The Jamaican superstar wants to catch up with his sporting heroes - former Test cricketers Shane Warne and Matt Hayden - and hit the town to spin some records and meet some local ladies.
“It’s going to be off-season, so I can go out and party and enjoy myself. I’d love to DJ at a few clubs,” the Daily Telegraph quoted Bolt as telling the Sunday Telegraph from London, where his is launching his new book.
Of Australian women, Bolt said: “Oh, yeah, man, definitely. I’ve heard a lot about them. I like to go out and enjoy myself when I have the time.”
“I’ve been waiting for the opportunity to come to Australia for a long time, and here it is. I’m itching to get there, man.
“It’s definitely about business first … then pleasure after.
“I’d love to see a kangaroo, too. If you don’t see a kangaroo in Australia, it’s like a letdown, man,” he added. (ANI)
