troy-polamaluNov.10, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Pittsburgh Steelers have played a dominant role in the prime time regular season of this year. They have scored eleven consecutive victories in these games and is considered to be one of the strongest teams of the regular season. Steelers topped many strong opponents for their strategies as well as talent and players of this team are confident of their skills, as they take on some strong teams in the prime time games. They have matches scheduled against Denver, Baltimore, Cleveland as well as San Diego but that makes no difference for the team as they are focused on continuing their winning streak.

Media interviewed some players of the team to have some insight of the Steelers’ present mind set. Troy Polamalu, who plays as the strong safety of the team, sounded quite confident about the team’s ability and indicated that they want to keep on their consistency. In a recent interview, Polamalu was quoted saying, “I think what is important is to keep our winning streak alive, and when you can do that against a team that has been successful its important.” He did not consider that the prime time games would make any difference for their team, which is in a good form.

Troy Polamalu was a college football player in the University of Southern California team and in the year 2003, got enlisted in the Steelers team in the first round Draft of NFL. Polamalu is one of the strong players of the team and has shown great performances in the last few games. Yet he has missed some important opportunities in his career due to injuries.
