San Diego, Nov 28 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The Broncos condemned the Chargers to their longest losing streak in a decade when a dramatic performance by Tim Tebow settled the game. The game was tied at 13-13 and it would have been only the second tie since the 2008-09 season if Tebow hadn’t come up with the hair-raising moment.

The 13-16 loss marked the sixth straight loss of the Chargers and it is the worst for the team since 2001. It was Matt Prater who kicked the 37-yard field goal with only 29 seconds left on the clock.

The Broncos seem to have their season turned around. After five games this season, the Broncos seemed to be in real trouble when they found themselves 1-4 down. The fortunes of the team have since changed with Tebow virtually carrying the team on his shoulders.

The team is just a game behind Oakland in the AFC West as rallying to improve their season record to 6-5. The win against the Chargers was the fourth in a row for the Broncos. They have thus won five of their last six games making them one of the most improved sides in the league this season.
