Tiger Woods Washington, Mar 13 (ANI): Tiger Woods’ “two tee shots” triggered laughter during the second round of this weekend’s WGC Cadillac Championship at Doral Florida.

At the second hole he snap hooked his drive into trees just in front of the tee and at the 14th he skied his drive so badly that his ball barely reached the fairway, the Daily Express reports.

The paper quoted Woods’ playing partner Graeme McDowell as saying that: “It was pretty tough not to have a giggle. We all hit bad shots but you know Tiger actually hit two tee shots which I would say combined didn’t go further than 200 yards.”

Although the former world No 1 and 14-time major winner admitted that it was not one of his better rounds, he said: “I’ve done it before - I did it at The Masters,” referring to the two duffed drives.

“It’s what it is. I hit a bad shot, no big deal. I still left myself with an opportunity to make par,” Woods added. (ANI)
