Florida, Dec 8 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The humiliated wife of the ace golfer Tiger Woods is not taking things lying down as she has reportedly bought herself a $2.29 million house on an island near Stockholm, according to the Daily Express newspaper in London. This purchase reportedly happened last week. It is a little island hideaway perfect from hiding from her skirt-chasing husband.

This recent development from Elin Nordegren’s side has given rise to speculations that she might take the kids back to her homeland to start a new life far from her adulterous husband Tiger Woods.

“The official story from her family is that she bought the place with her twin sister, Josefin, not with Tiger,” said Poppe Linge of HPG, a Swedish news agency.

The wronged wife spent a little more than $2 million to buy Faglaro Mansion, Swedish newspapers reported. Her Swedish getaway is located on some prime Scandinavian real estate and it is on a small, secluded island reachable from Stockholm only by ferryboat. “It belonged to a professional soccer player who wanted privacy,” Linge said. “I heard she started looking at it last summer and bought it two weeks ago.”

But the official word from her family is that she made the purchase with her twin sister Josefin, and not as a hideaway from her adulterous husband.

A separate house from her husband is quiet the requirement for her as according to neighbors and other close friends she has moved out and is living near the Windermere home that was their martial home. According to the New York Post, she is very hurt and angry at the recent affairs that have popped up. Elin’s friend Lindsay Davenport said that Elin is very hurt by all that happened and is working out as best as she can.
