Orlando, Dec.31, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Tiger Woods did not show any visible signs of domestic violence when police officers interviewed him in the days after his SUV crashed outside his Florida home, sources have revealed. Reportedly, Florida Highway Patrol met up with the champion golfer just about four days following the car crash, when the officers noticed that the sports icon only suffered from a “fat lip”, without any other facial injuries.

Kim Montes, spokesperson of Florida Highway Patrol has revealed to WESH-TV, that on December 1, two captains along with a trooper met the golfer and his attorney. However, the cops did not find any injury that might have prompted them to believe that the World No. 1 golfer could be a victim of domestic violence. At the same time, it has been confirmed that in the meeting the golfer also signed a traffic ticket due to his careless driving that resulted in the accident.

After the accident took place in the month of November, various reports had surfaced that claimed that Tiger Woods was hit with a golf club by his wife Elin Nordegren, after she realized that her husband was involved in extramarital affairs. Reportedly, this had resulted in the world renowned golfer fracturing his cheek bone, which led the golfing star to seek the help of plastic surgery. However, these claims have been brushed away by Kim Montes, who has emphasized that these are just rumors without any basis of truth.

Meanwhile, speculations regarding the present location of Tiger Woods is also running high as the whereabouts of the golfing star still remains unclear.
