Florida, Feb 19 (THAINDIAN NEWS) At Tiger Woods press conference, he apologized profusely about his mistakes. He revealed that his irresponsible behavior has been a personal disappointment to him. He said that he had one issue to discuss and then proceeded to relieve his wife Elin Nordegren, for the golf club hitting incident.
He clarified over and over again, that Elin didn’t ever attack him on the Thanksgiving night, as had been reported in the media. He says that there has never been any domestic violence issue in their marital life. He says that Elin was repeatedly blamed in the media for attacking him with a golf club. Tiger Woods stressed on the fact in his apology that Elin has always acted with grace and poise, and she deserves praise, and not blame. To quote Tiger Woods, “It has been said that Elin hurt me (on the night of the wreck.) That angers me there had never been domestic abuse in our marriage, Elin had shown tremendous grace in this ordeal, she deserves praise not judgment. I alone am responsible for this situation.”
He also revealed that he and his wife Elin Nordegren have had many discussions about his affairs. He said that Elin said that his real apology would be his behavior over time. So he has vowed that he would not repeat his mistakes ever again.

I am glad that Tiger Woods broke his silence. After listening to Tiger I feel positive that he is going in the right direction to get his derailed life back on the right track. I think that in each one of us there is a divine power that can be used to help us overcome any obstacle and adversity. I am encouraged that Tiger mentioned he is using his inner strength to regain balance in his life to save the two things that are most important to him, his wife and his children. Tiger said that Elin deserves praise and I wholeheartedly agreed. I want to tell Tiger that I hope and pray that one day Elin find room in her heart to believe in him again. God Bless!
