Tiger Woods Releases A Statement Saying ‘Personal Sins Should Not Require Press Releases’

California, Dec.03, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Amidst the controversy surrounding his recent accident as well as personal life, golfer Tiger Woods has released a statement on his website where he has expressed his apology for his ‘transgressions‘. At the same time, the acclaimed golfer also accepted that he has let his family down and as a person has been anything but perfect.
In the 317 word statement which was released on Wednesday, Woods did not divulge any intrinsic details but expressed that he regrets his actions which his family does not deserve. The golfer also implied that he would try to be a better human being as well as a much better family man henceforth. At the same time, Woods also emphasized that he was dismayed with the amount of media scrutiny that he and his family were exposed to and urged for a bit of privacy. He also mentioned that personal faults did not need public confessions as well as press releases.
The top golfer has been making headlines since his car crashed outside his Florida home few days ago. At the same time, speculations are running high after certain reports emerged that revealed details about his personal life. Earlier, many reports surfaced that claimed that the accident took place after he had an altercation with his wife following his alleged affair with Rachel Uchitel. However, speculations regarding the golfer’s personal life were running high after two more females came to limelight claiming that they had links with Woods. The entire episode has received immense media coverage with the golfer left with no option but to come out with a statement to highlight his part of the story.
