Swiss watch company, TAG Heuer, which is among the champion golfer’s pivotal sponsors, have announced their utmost support for the ace golfer earlier this week.

The news comes as a surprise to many, as the watch company had removed pictures of the golfer from its website after reports surfaced that the golfer was involved in multiple illicit relationship. This fueled speculations that TAG Heuer would be joining the league of other sponsors who have terminated their contract with Tiger Woods. However, it comes to light that the Swiss company rather decided to stand by the publicly humiliated golfer in his moment of distress. At the same time, defending its earlier act of pulling out the photos of the golfer from its online portal, the watch company has emphasized that it was nothing but a “supportive move.”

Moreover, the Swiss watchmaker has again posted pictures of Tiger Woods in its website under the headline “TAG Heuer supports Tiger Woods.” At the same time, the company has revealed in its website that it is looking forward to continue the relationship with the world renowned golfer in future. It has also been implied that the golfer’s role in the upcoming marketing programs would be transformed.

Meanwhile, the champion golfer has decided to take an indefinite leave from his career after his personal live was almost ripped apart by the media after reports of his affairs surfaced.
