Tiger Woods fine after accident : Agent

Florida, Nov 27 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Golfer Tiger Woods is fine after an accident near his Isleworth, Florida home today according to his agent Mark Steinberg who told CNBC via email “He is fine.”
Woods, 33, was injured today morning after his SUV crashed into a fire hydrant at about 2:25am (EST). The news of the incident was not made public for over 12 hours.
Early reports indicated Woods was seriously injured, however he suffered only minor cuts to his face and has been released from hospital according to a local mayor.
Woods’ office confirmed the golfer had left hospital. A statement said: “He was admitted, treated and released in good condition” after being in a “minor” car crash.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, charges are pending against Tiger Woods. The crash is not believed to be alcohol related. It is currently unknown if Tiger Woods was wearing a seat belt or not.
