Tiger Woods New York, Mar 17 (ANI): Scandal-struck golfer Tiger Woods subjected himself to some Jimmy Falon humor recently when he appeared on his ‘Late Night’ show on NBC.

This was the former world No. 1’s first talk-show appearance since his marriage fell apart.

Fallon got laughs quickly by asking Woods what he’s been up to for the last year and a half, since he last featured on his show.

Woods gamely took the role of straight man and replied, “Uh, nothing, nothing. Playing bad golf,” reports the New York Post.

Fallon replied, “Thank you for having the courage to come on a late-night comedy program, because it must have been a painful and awful situation, the whole thing you went through, but from a comedian’s standpoint and my monologue writers, thank you! So much! It kind of wrote itself. I mean, balls, shafts, holes, foursomes . . . Thank you! Thank you!” (ANI)
