Tiger WoodsDec.24, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Humiliation does not seem to end for Tiger Woods in the near future with people who would some time back pay millions to be associated with the champion golfer, now are increasingly distancing themselves from the disgraced golfer. The latest to join the league is the magazine Golf Digest, which has recently declared that the articles that were published under the gofer’s name would be withheld for the time being.

The publicist of the popular magazine, Bret Hopman, announced on Wednesday that as of now, the magazine would not publish articles by Tiger Woods until the golfer makes a comeback in his career. Moreover, it has also been expressed that the magazine understands his decision to take some time off from his career and give emphasis to his family life.

The ace golfer has been the subject of widespread speculation since the reports of his illicit relationship with at least 14 woman emerged, jeopardizing his career as well as his personal live. The innumerable affairs received such astounding amount of media attention, that the golfer was not left with any option but to declare indefinite leave from his golfing career.

Meanwhile, the golfing fraternity has expressed surprise about the magazine’s decision to withhold the golfer’s articles although recently a number of companies such as Gillette and Accenture have scrapped their contract with the golfing legend.

However, it has been expressed that Golf Digest, which reportedly shells out around $3 million to Tiger Woods every year, would continue to keep the golfer in the masthead. Moreover, any details regarding the compensation that might be paid to the golfer has not been revealed.
