Jan 9, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Tiger Woods has come out of his hiding, finally. Unfortunately, not in person. He is scheduled to appear on the cover page of the next issue of Vanity Fair. The issue will be hitting the stalls soon, sometime in February. There is definitely going to be a huge clamor for this issue, considering that this would be featuring Tiger Woods in a different avatar altogether. Moreover, this issue will be featuring the complete story of Tiger Woods’ scandals and goof ups, with an in depth look into the rumors and truths.

The picture was shot sometime in January in 2006, by Annie Leibovitz, the celebrity photographer. The picture had not been released anywhere earlier. The image is quite a menacing one, with the golfer seen bare chested, with only a black skull cap on his head. In his hands, he flaunts two dumbbells, no doubt meant to promote a rough and tough image. His gaze is intense, and almost gloomy, as he stares out of the cover of the magazine. Reportedly, the issue featuring Tiger Woods had been planned shortly before his affairs came tumbling out into the open.

It has been commented by Annie Leibovitz, the photographer, that the picture of Tiger Woods was taken in that mood to capture the intensity and vigor that he puts into the game he plays. The article that will be featuring the golfer is titled “Tiger in the Rough.” There is a lot of interest regarding the issue as this will be featuring the golfer in a different light from the previous squeaky clean image.
