Mar 22, (THAINDIAN NEWS) In his first interview since tawdry tales of series of his extramarital affair came to the limelight and tarnished his reputation across the world, Tiger Woods admitted that he was the one solely responsible for jeopardizing his personal as well as professional life. The World No.1 golfer appeared in two separate interviews on Sunday where he revealed his side of the story to the bizarre car crash accident outside his Florida home and the subsequent revelations of his sexual escapades. The ace golfer’s first interview was aired on the Golf Channel and the second one was shown on ESPN.
While answering questions from Golf Channel’s Kelly Tilghman and Tom Rinaldi of ESPN, Tiger Woods talked at lengths about the way his life had been for the past four months when his personal life became the subject of widespread speculations and his image was completely ripped apart by the media. Although in the interviews, the champion golfer did not divulge much more than what he had already accepted in the public apology issued last month, he revealed that he indeed wanted to stop his philandering ways but failed to do so which made things all the more horrible. While reacting to the manner in which the entire sex scandal unfolded, the troubled golfer added that few very ugly things had happened since then as he himself indulged in few bad things in his life.
Meanwhile, in the interview Tiger Woods also talked about his much anticipated comeback in the Master’s which is scheduled to take place next month and reiterated that returning to the golfing field after his self imposed exile was indeed making him a bit nervous.
