Tiger Woods apologizes in a public statement

Tiger Woods Florida, Dec 2 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Tiger Woods has finally broken the silence and has issued a statement in which he has apologized for the ‘those transgressions with all of my heart’. In very guarded words he admits to the affairs and says that he has let his family down, and that he hasn’t been true to his values and the behavior that his family deserves.

He also requests for privacy as he says that it is a family matter and should be dealt in such a matter, and he doesn’t want his dirty linen to be washed in public at all. Tiger says that, “But for me, the virtue of privacy is one that must be protected in matters that are intimate and within one’s own family. Personal sins should not require press releases and problems within a family shouldn’t have to mean public confessions.”

Since his accident last week, there have been numerous ladies who have come forward to claim that they had an affair with the ace golfer. First National Enquirer broke the story of his affair with Rachel Uchitel, but she denied it. Then Jamiee Grubbs and Kalika Moquin came forward and said that they had affairs with the golfer.

He also addresses the bad light in which his wife Elin is being show post his accident. Media speculators have been saying that his wife was responsible for the accident but Tiger says that she acted very responsibly and graciously.

Finally with his public image in disarray, Tiger Woods was left with no option but to issue an apology statement to address the crumbling situation. And in the end he had to offer a public apology, “I will strive to be a better person and the husband and father that my family deserves. For all of those who have supported me over the years, I offer my profound apology”.
