woods1Feb 7, (THAINDIAN NEWS) As reports claiming Tiger Woods’ return from the sex rehabilitation center comes into the limelight, speculations are running high about the much anticipated comeback of the World No.1 golfer. One of the latest sportsperson to join the bandwagon of personalities who have expressed their hope regarding the champion golfer’s return to the golfing course is European captain Colin Montgomerie.

Earlier this week, the Scottish golfer has reiterated that the Ryder Cup, which is scheduled to take place later in the month of October would not be the same if Tiger Woods decides to stay away from the championship. The 46 year old renowned golfer emphasized just ahead of the Dubai Desert Classic, that Tiger Woods’ absence from the Ryder Cup would surely convert it into a diminished event. At the same time, Colin Montgomerie also highlighted that he would like to witness the ace American golfer back into action as any event that Tiger Woods participates in turns out to be a ‘bigger and better’ event owing to his magnificent prowess over the game.

However, if Tiger Woods decides to abstain from the Ryder Cup this year, this would not be the first time that the World No.1 golfer would be staying away from the biennial team event. The champion golfer also missed the 2008 edition of the event as he was recovering from a knee surgery.

Tiger Woods has taken an indefinite break from his golfing career following the revelations of his almost unending sexual escapades. This resulted in the World No.1 golfer admitting to have been involved in ‘transgression’ and has not been seen in public since then.
