Steve McNair 911 Call Transcript Released

steve1The way the former NFL quarterback star Steve McNair died was indeed unfortunate and since it is a case of murder investigations are on-going to know what lead to the killing. A progression to the investigation has been known recently when an audio of the 911 call was released by the Nashville police who are right now investigating the murder. It has been known that the call was made by Robert Gaddy who is supposedly Steve McNair’s friend.

It has been known that the 911 call came from a cell phone at about 1.37pm which was received by the Metro emergency dispatchers. When the call was disconnected immediately, the dispatcher returned the call. According to the transcript the caller was initially in a state of shock and fear and was mostly inaudible. The dispatchers gradually located the place where the incident had occurred. When asked about the identification of the caller it came as “My name is Robert Gaddy and I received a phone call. I came down and Checked it out.” According to the transcript, the caller also added, “I received a phone call that um… that there was injured parties inside this apartment.” The call was responded to by the arrival of the police within minutes time.

It was reported that it was Wayne Neely, Steve’s friend, who had stumbled on the dead bodies first.
According to the authorities Steve McNair’s girlfriend, Sahel Kazemi was his killer as it has been believed that she had shot Steve several times and killed herself after that. Evidences of her buying a gun has also been known from sources.
