Stent inserted in ailing Nawaz Sharif’s artery to ease blood flow in London

London, Mar 18 (ANI): A stent has successfully been inserted in an artery of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) chief Nawaz Sharif, who was admitted to a Central London hospital with chest pain on Tuesday, to ease the flow of blood.
Sharif would remain hospitalised for another two days, the Daily Times reports.
The procedure was carried out in the St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington.
PML-N sources have said that the former Pakistan Prime Minister has been advised complete bed rest. (ANI)
