South Africa thrash Bangladesh by 206 runs
March 19th, 2011 - 4:52 pm ICT by IANSDhaka, March 19 (IANS) South Africa crushed Bangladesh by 206 runs in a World Cup Group B match at the Shere Bangla Stadium here Saturday.
Chasing a target of 285, Bangladesh were bundled out for 78 in 28 overs.
Left-arm spinner Robin Petersen took four wickets for South Africa while fast bowler Lonwabo Tsotsobe picked up three.
With the huge loss here, Bangladesh are out of the 2011 World Cup.
