South Africa extend lead to 455 runs

Centurion, Dec 18 (IANS) South Africa reached 591 for three at lunch, taking a massive lead of 455 runs, on the third day of the first cricket Test against India here Saturday.AB de Villiers (119) and Jacques Kallis (183) dominated the Indian bowlers.

Resuming at overnight 366/2, South Africa smashed 225 runs in 36 overs, scoring at a rate of over six runs.

The only wicket to fall in the session was Hashim Amla, who got out to Ishant Sharma after scoring 140.
