South Africa blocks entry of British hooligan
June 12th, 2010 - 11:59 pm ICT by IANSJohannesburg, June 12 (DPA) World Cup host South Africa has denied entry to a 42-year-old British hooligan, police said Saturday.
They said the man had a long history of racially motivated acts of violence at sporting events. He was taken into custody at OR Tambo International Airport near Johannesburg ahead of his planned deportation to Britain Saturday evening.
Earlier, 11 Argentine football hooligans were denied entry into South Africa.
