Shahid Kapoor’s ‘Dil Bole Hadippa’ on World Cup victory
April 3rd, 2011 - 4:02 am ICT by IANSMumbai, April 3 (IANS) Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor, who played a cricketer in “Dil Bole Hadippa”, considers himself lucky to have watched India defeat Sri Lanka Saturday win the World Cup for the second time after 28 years.
“What an experience !!!!!!! To be there and witness history … Blessed …. Innnndiiiaaaaaaaaaaa,” Shahid wrote on microblogging site Twitter.
Shahid, who is busy shooting for his upcoming film “Mausam”, took time out to watch the final at the Wankhede Stadium. Sporting a moustache and wearing a Team India jersey, Shahid cheered the game all along as he witnessed India creating history.
