Cuttack, Dec 20 (ANI): Authorities beefed up security in Cuttack ahead of the third one-day cricket match to be played between India and Sri Lanka.

The match will be held at the Barabati Stadium on Monday.

Over hundred policemen have been deployed at the stadium, along with the commandos to ensure proper security of the cricket players.

“We have made adequate route lining, parking, security, commando, all kinds of arrangements. So, I’m quite satisfied with the arrangements we have done,” said B.K. Sharma, Commissioner of Police, Cuttack.

Sri Lanka won the second match by three wickets with five deliveries to spare, levelling the five-match series at 1-1.

Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has been banned for two ODIs for the team’s slow over rate in the second One-dayer against Sri Lanka at Nagpur.

The remaining two matches will be played in Kolkata and New Delhi. (ANI)
