London, Oct 18 (ANI): The two hookers who claim to have bedded Wayne Rooney talked about what the scandal did to their lives and how it made them national hate figures.

“Juicy” Jenny Thompson and Helen Wood are 1,000 pounds-a-night hookers whose alleged threesome with Rooney nearly cost him his marriage to wife Coleen.

“You think everyone is staring at you. I hate confrontation so I’ve felt scared any time anyone’s come over,” The Daily Star quoted Jenny as saying.

Jenny’s father Hamish, 55, suffered a heart attack after learning of his daughter’s career.

“There were a lot of reasons for my dad’s heart attack but I know the stress over what happened can’t have helped. I can’t help but feel guilty,” she said.

Single mum Helen said, “The first week after it came out was horrendous. I was being sick, I couldn’t eat, I didn’t sleep. I never understood what stress and depression were until that week. I got up at 5am every morning, and was shaking constantly.”

“My family is disgusted with me and I don’t know if I’m going to be able to stay with my boyfriend. His family are really upset that he’s going out with a girl who’s got my reputation,” Helen said.

“And I know that one day I’ll have to tell my little boy that his mum was a prostitute,” she added.

Despite all this, neither of the girls regrets being with Rooney or the fact that they almost broke up his marriage.

“It was work. It was a job. If I wasn’t getting paid for it, I wouldn’t go out and find a man who was married,” said Jenny.

“It’s Coleen’s decision to take him back. If she loves him, she loves him - you can’t help it. You don’t know what goes on in other people’s relationships,” she added.

And Helen admitted, “I’ve had people say to me: ‘You’re a dirty whore, you trash marriages.’ But that’s not true - it’s the men that do that. It’s just a job for me.”

However, when it came to the sex part, neither Jenny nor Helen were too impressed with Rooney’s skills.

“To be honest, it was like shagging a corpse. It didn’t do anything for me. He’s so shy that I think he must have had a lack of sexual experience,” said Helen. (ANI)
