London, Dec 18 (ANI): Ace striker Wayne Rooney has vowed to take a penalty at Chelsea tomorrow despite missing against Arsenal.
Rooney missed in Monday’s win against Arsenal, but says no one will take the ball from him if there is a penalty at Stamford Bridge.
“Of course I have no problems with that. I know players miss penalties. I’m just hoping the next one I score,” The Sun quoted him, as saying.
United go into the game top of the Premier League.
“We have drawn too many games but over the last few weeks we have been more consistent. We are in a good position and we have to take advantage of that,” he said.
United have not won at Chelsea in eight attempts since April 2002. (ANI)
