London, May 10 (ANI): Ace striker Cristiano Ronaldo’s unique free-kick technique could threaten the star footballer’s long-term career, feels Manchester City boss Mark Hughes.

Hughes said he thinks that Ronaldo’s “unnatural movement” could land him trouble as there is an increased risk getting injured by such movement.

“He has an outstanding free-kick talent but maintaining it for the whole of his career is questionable. It is an unnatural movement and could cause him problems,” the news of the world quoted Hughes, as saying.

“He takes spin out of the equation and let the pace of the ball force it through the air,” Hughes added. (ANI)
