Aug 26, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The Greenbay Packers and Indianapolis Colts clash offers more than just a competitive game of football to watch out for as two of the most talked about stars will be going head-to-head in the competition. Most experts have chosen to avoid the statistics and the recent performance by the two stars and concentrated on what the two of them will bring in to the game.
For future Hall of Famer Peyton Manning, Aaron Rodgers might be way below in terms of star power, but experts will know that things turn around in a game or two. Coming into the game with the experience of 11 seasons behind him, Peyton Manning could be called one of the most established quarterbacks in fantasy football. With a record of 27 or more touchdowns for 7 consecutive years and 4000 plus yards in 9 of his 11 season so far, there is little that can be taken away from the man except the fact that there could be a change of strategy with the coming in of a new coach.
As for Aaron Rodgers, last seasons performance is proof enough that he is a player on the rise. Finishing with an impressive 4038 yards and 28 touchdowns last season, experts believe that he could be the next best thing for the Greenbay Packers. Another advantage for Aaron Rodgers is the talented line-up surrounding him in the offense that includes the likes of Donald Driver. Some experts feel that he needs to improve his closing game in the second half as statistics indicate that there is a wide gap between his performance in the two halves in the last season.
