PCB appoints Miandad as Pak team’s ‘batting consultant’
November 27th, 2010 - 4:35 pm ICT by ANILahore, Nov 27 (ANI): Former Pakistan cricket captain and current Director General of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Javed Miandad has been appointed as the batting consultant for the national cricket team.
Miandad will be accompanying the team on their tour of New Zealand in the third week of December, the Daily Times reported.
Pakistan will be playing two Test matches, six One Day Internationals and three Twenty20 matches in the upcoming tour.
The three-time former coach scored 8,832 runs in 124 Test matches and 7,381 runs in ODIs in his career. (ANI)
