Orissa announces reward for three hockey players
September 15th, 2011 - 12:28 am ICT by IANSBhubaneswar, Sep 14 IANS) Orissa Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik Wednesday announced cash rewards of Rs.1.5 lakh each to the three hockey players from the state who were part of the team that won the Asian Champions Trophy in China.
Congratulating all the members of the Hockey India for the victory, Patnaik announced the rewards for Ignesh Tirkey, Manjeet Kulu and Roshan Minj, official sources said.
