No. 8 Syracuse Orange Outshines No.7 Michigan State Spartans In Jimmy V Classic

Dec 8, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Those present at the Madison Square Garden at New York City on Tuesday night experienced the stupendous performance of the Syracuse Orange who crushed the Michigan State Spartans at the Jimmy V Classic. It was a gala time for the Syracuse Orange fans who were cheering aloud as the No. 8 Syracuse orange ousted the no.7 Michigan State Spartans on the basketball ground. The game ended with the Syracuse Orange men as the winners with a score of 72-58.
Rick Jackson, the senior forward of the Syracuse Orange led his team to the path of victory as he could be seen keeping himself in tune with his high scores this season. He shot up with 17 points and 16 rebounds which gave his team a good victory over the Michigan State Spartans. Syracuse Orange guard Scoop Jardine came up with 19 points and then his team mate added to the advantage of their team with another 14 points off the bench. Durrell Summers from the Michigan State Spartans side came up with 18 points and then Korie Lucious gave 10 more points. The Syracuse Orange had come to a 38-29 lead by the half time. Soon the Michigan State Spartans stormed into the basket ground and took themselves to a 48-46. At this very moment Rick Jackson sprang up and shot for an offensive rebound making the score to a 50-46. He was the lead for the Syracuse Orange team on Tuesday night. With the team successfully dominated the Michigan State Spartans and finished for a 42-24 advantage on points.
From the Michigan State Spartans side Draymond Green hit a free throw with 12:24 left. However the the rival team had successfully managed to end the game with their victory on a 22-11 run. Michigan State coach Tom Izzo, refused to put forward any comment as to how his boys had failed to mark their win. after yesterday’ results this has come as a fourth consecutive win for the Syracuse Orange against the Michigan State Spartans.
