NFL Scores 2011: Week 3

New York, Sept 26 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Going into their third week game, the Ravens and the Rams had everything to play for because they had both lost their two previous games. The game was one of the evenly matched of the week. As it later turned out, the Rams might be bracing up for one of the worst starts and possibly season in their NFL history.

The Ravens capitalized on the poor defense of the Rams and hammered them 37-7. The margin was the biggest of the week which saw some close matches. One of the closest games was the one between the Cardinals and the Seahawks. The Seahawks took the game after sweating for a 13-10 win.

The Falcon also faltered against the Buccaneers. The Buccaneers beat the Falcons 16-13. The Steelers continued with their great run in the season when they accounted for the Colts 23-20. The Packers beat the Bears 27-17 to keep their perfect run of the season intact.

It was the third straight loss in this season for the Vikings, going down by 23-26 margin to the Lions while the Giants took care of the Eagles with a 29-16 win. The Browns narrowly won 17-16 against the Dolphins.

In the game of the week, perfect starters, the Patriots and the Bills squared off. After the match, the Bills maintained their hundred percent record with a 34-31 win over the Patriots.
