August 20th, 2009 - 10:41 pm ICT by IANSChennai, Aug 20 (IANS) New Zealand A were knocked out of the All-India Buchi Babu tournament here Thursday after being dismissed for 157 by the Tamil Nadu Combined Districts XI in the second round of league matches.
The Tamil Nadu team had made 359 for eight in their quota of 90 overs.
The Kiwi batsmen appeared clueless in handling spin with five of them giving return catches. Suresh Kumar was the pick of the bowlers with a four-wicket haul. Only Aaron Redmond offered some resistance while compiling 47.
