New England Patriots’ quarterback Tom Brady involved in a car accident
September 9th, 2010 - 8:30 pm ICT by Aishwarya Bhatt ( Leave a comment )Sep 9 (THAINDIAN NEWS) A police officer has stated that Tom Brady who plays as a quarterback for the New England Patriots, has been involved in an accident involving his car and another one. The disaster happened in Boston this morning around the Gloucester Street and Commonwealth Avenue.
He was reportedly driving a sedan and collided with a non-cargo van according to Steve McDonald of the Boston Fire Department. Brady was reportedly not injured and got out of the car on his own and strolled around the accident, but a man in the passenger van needed to be pulled out and sent to the hospital.
Brady was set to play when his team the Patriots, come up against the Cincinnati Bengals in their first match of the NFL season on Sunday.
Brady was born on August 3, 1977. He played football in his college years in Michigan and got drafted into the NFL by the New England Patriots in the 2000 sixth round of NFL Draft. Brady has won 3 Super Bowls out of four and was voted as the Super Bowl MVP twice. He has been invited to six Pro Bowls and played in five of them after refusing one of the invitations.
