Foxboro, Apr 24, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The NFL draft pick that began on Thursday night is getting more and more exciting with every passing hour and every progressing round. Like every year this year too the club management and coaches have been trying to get the best players for their team from the NFL draft pick keeping in mind their game strategy for the season. Taylor Price, the wide receiver of the Ohio team was picked by the New England Patriots during the third round NFL draft pick. The New England took Taylor Price at No.90 overall. However, though picked up in the third round, Taylor Price was reportedly confident that he would be picked up by any one of the teams within Friday.
Taylor Price who is 6 foot tall and 212 pound has a personal record of 149 passes for 2,019 yards and 14 touchdowns in his four years career with the Ohio team. His reputation as a seemingly “fast” receiver has been widely recognized. He also posted his personal best of 4.33 seconds for 40 yard dash which makes his inclusion in New England team quite a valid reason. The team already has a worthy wide receiver Randy Moss, who is considered a veteran in the football arena.
On Friday Taylor Price seemed happy to be picked up by New England Patriots and added that in a team which includes players like Randy Moss, Torry Holt and Wes Welker, a player gets to learn so many things. Taylor Price added that the veteran players who have been playing for so long and had so many successes under their belt would enrich him with their experiences. However, when asked the player he likes, Taylor Price revealed that he likes Greg Jennings.
