Dec 20, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Sunday night turned out to be one that was extremely tormenting for the Green Bay Packers. The team missed out winning the game over the New England Patriots by a whisk after the latter defeated them by a score of 31-27. Not only the players themselves but also the fans of the Green bay packers present at the Gillette Stadium, Foxborough were flung into a state of despair as it was very hard to accept the defeat. All because the Packers were so near to the victory line.
Football experts opine that the Green Bay Packers could not achieve success over the Patriots because they simply did not take up many of the opportunities that stood in front of them. Such crucial missing added to the loss of their much winning streak. From what last night’s game rendered it is obvious to say that the New England Patriots should have lost out to their rivals. The Packers had given the Patriots a difficult competition making the game on their side. However, they ultimately lost out due to some of their mistakes. From the Packers side there were dropped passes along with dropped interceptions. After the Patriots won last night they have taken themselves to a 12-2.
On the whole the New England patriots were seen not in their usual form last night. A source present at the stadium claimed that except for one player the other team members did not show up any kind of achievement. As a result, experts have even said that it was Tom Brady who only paved the way for the Patriots. Matt Flynn from the Packers stormed into the field and put up an extremely talented show but unfortunately failed to touch victory.
