Muamba posts picture on Twitter
March 30th, 2012 - 8:58 pm ICT by IANSLondon, March 30 (IANS) Bolton Wanderers midfielder Fabrice Muamba posted his first picture on Twitter Friday since his dramatic collapse in the FA Cup fixture against Tottenham Hotspurs.
The 23-year-old suffered a cardiac arrest March 18 and spent two days in medically-induced coma at the London Chest Hospital.
The picture shows a smiling Muamba on his hospital bed. The picture was posted on the midfielder’s behalf on his page on the social networking site, ESPN soccernet reported.
The accompanying message read: “Fab wanted me to post this pic for you all and to also say thank you for such overwhelming support.”
