London, Feb.10 (ANI): Former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has stepped up his security after a plot to kidnap him.
According to The Sun, Italian cops warned that Macedonian gangsters planned to hold him to ransom.
A ring of steel now surrounds the Inter Milan boss, his wife and their two kids.
The plot came to light when elite Italian cops seized four members of the gang. They found photos of Mourinho, 47, and his family leaving their home in Como.
Other snaps showed him driving to Inter’s training ground.
Senior offices told him to take the threat “extremely seriously”.
