Mourhino looks to Einstein to beat Barca

London, Apr. 27 (ANI): “The Special One” Jose Mourinho is hoping to draw inspiration from Albert Einstein’s theory of relativity when his side real Madrid takes on Barcelona in an all-time Champions League semifinal classic tonight.

Madrid lost 5-0 at the Nou Camp earlier this season and were underdogs for last week’s Copa del Rey final, but they won 1-0 in extra time, beating the Catalan giants for the first time in three years.

So how did he manage to convince Cristiano Ronaldo and others that they could beat Barca.

The Sun quoted Mourhino, 48, as saying: “I am a normal motivator. Before you, I have to motivate myself.

“When I am motivated it’s easier to motivate my people. But I am exactly the same motivator and manager that lost 5-0 to Barcelona, exactly the same. I don’t have a magic potion.

“I simply told my players - they’re not my words, they’re the words of a chap called Albert, Albert Einstein - that the only force stronger than steam, electricity or atomic energy is human will. This chap Albert was not stupid. With will you can do things.”

The entire room came to a standstill - and there was even some applause.

The ex-Chelsea chief knows he needs another stroke of genius to gee Real Madrid up for tonight. (ANI)
