London, Mar. 3 (ANI): Don Garber, the head of Major League Soccer, insists that England midfielder David Beckham is ready for another campaign with LA Galaxy.
Becks is on loan at AC Milan and has been linked with a Premier League return next season.
But Garber said: “David will be back after the World Cup, no doubt about that.
“He has been a success. There are always going to be people, particularly in England, that look at everything and don’t see the positives. Our league is on the map globally,” The Sun quoted him, as saying.
Garber hopes Becks, 34, makes the England team for their World Cup opener against the USA on June 12.
“It will be one of the most popular sports events here for some time,” he said. (ANI)
