Millionaire Bernie Ecclestone has to work to care of his daughters’ bills!
January 17th, 2011 - 4:52 pm ICT by ANILondon, Jan 17 (ANI): Formula One tycoon Bernie Ecclestone has revealed that the financial needs of his two daughters and his ex-wife Slavica will keep him in the business for years to come.
The trawlerman’s son from Ipswich has just splashed out 100 million pounds on properties for his daughters Tamara, 26 and Petra, 22.
The two houses are among the most expensive properties in the UK on the country’s two most expensive streets.
But like any doting father, the 80 year old, who did not dictate how they spent the money, insists he does not spoil his daughters.
He said he simply wanted to help his two daughters get a leg up on the London property market.
“I’m very proud of them. They’re good girls. They’re not stupid when it comes to money. They are very level-headed and that is something I and their mother insisted on,” the Daily Mail quoted him as telling the Sunday Times.
“They’ve both got boyfriends, they travel, and renovating a property will be good work for Tamara.
“It will keep her busy and it will be a good project for her to learn from. I think they will even be able to make a healthy profit when they come to sell,” he added. (ANI)
